Suicide Squad - Comic-Con Trailer

The Joker returns in the Comic-Con trailer for Suicide Squad!

This is basically a long teaser, but it gives audiences a good look at the cast and, what everyone has been waiting for, a better look at the Joker. Jared Leto looks terrifying as the Clown Prince of Crime, but who is he talking to? Looking forward to seeing more.

Directed by David Ayer, the film stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, Karen Fukuhara as Katana, Adam Beach as Slipknot, and Jay Hernandez as El Diablo.

No official plot synopsis has been released, but we do know the film centers on a group of supervillains who are recruited by the government to execute highly dangerous black ops missions in exchange for clemency.

Suicide Squad is scheduled to arrive in US theaters on August 5, 2016.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - Comic-Con Trailer

Warner Bros. has released the Comic-Con trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. "Black and blue. God vs. man. Day vs. night."

Although I am still not too sure about Lex Luthor with the ugly shirt and toupee, Jesse Eisenberg's acting is great, and everything else looked amazing. The only real concern is how much it looks like they are cramming into this movie. That said, it is difficult not to get hyped for this. Batman is livid with Superman for the destruction from the first film, and Ben Affleck's acting is looking above form in the trailer.

Noteworthy: we finally got to see Wonder Woman in action! Also, will Zod's dead body come into play somehow? Is the child Wayne is holding going to be his Robin? How does Aquaman figure into the story? What was with that fight between Batman and those soldiers? So many questions, but I would rather wait to watch the movie for the answers.

Directed by Zack Snyder, the film stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Gal Gadot, and Jason Momoa.

Here is an official synopsis:

"Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis' most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before."

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will arrive in US theaters on March 25, 2016.

Ash vs. Evil Dead - Comic-Con Trailer

Bruce Campbell returns in the gory but groovy Comic-Con trailer for Starz's new horror comedy series, Ash vs. Evil Dead!

It appears the show has everything fans love about the original movies: gore, action, comedy, and one-liners. The trailer alone feels true to what the films were about, so any fears fans have should be put to rest. This looks like all kinds of awesome.

Sam Raimi returns to direct the first episode of the new show, which will feature 10 half-hour episodes. The series stars Bruce Campbell, Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo, Jill Marie Jones, and Mimi Rogers.

Here is the official synopsis:

"Bruce Campbell returns as Ash, the stock boy, aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter who has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. When a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, Ash is finally forced to face his demons -personal and literal. Destiny, it turns out, has no plans to release the unlikely hero from its 'Evil' grip."

Ash vs Evil Dead will debut on Starz this Halloween night, October 31st at 9pm.

The Walking Dead: Season 6 - Comic-Con Trailer

Watch the intense Comic-Con trailer for Season 6 of The Walking Dead.

It appears old friends Rick and Morgan will be butting heads in the newest season, and Rick is the one that is looking more and more like the antagonist as time goes on. Can't wait to see where the story goes.

According to the Comic-Con panel, the premiere episode will be 90 minutes long and feature 654 walkers, which is a series record. The new season is already looking like it could be one of the best.

Season 6 of The Walking Dead will premiere on AMC on Sunday, October 11th at 9pm/8c.
